Training Centre by Columbia delivers high-quality hospitality education through development programs aligned with today’s industry needs. Based in Melanda Cliff, our certified facilities offer training across all professional levels in Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Rooms Division, Hotel Administration and Health and Safety.

As an accredited Center for the Evaluation of Professional Qualifications (ΚΑΕΠ), the Centre facilitates professional certification in Tourism, Hotels, and Restaurants, recognizing both formal and informal learning. In collaboration with the Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA), we assess, document, and certify learning outcomes in line with international standards and local labor market needs.
