The Greek Creative Cuisine Seminar is a specialized culinary training program focused on the modern interpretation of Greek gastronomy through advanced fine-dining techniques. Participants learn how to transform traditional Greek flavors into contemporary, creative dishes with emphasis on presentation, texture, technical precision, and balanced flavor profiles.

The seminar combines theoretical understanding with hands-on practice, introducing modern culinary techniques such as spherification, foams, gels, sous vide cooking, confit methods, dehydration, and texture manipulation. At the same time, it highlights the value of high-quality Greek ingredients and traditional recipes, reimagined through innovative culinary approaches.
